Want leaner legs, tighter tummies, beautiful behind, amazing arms, and defined muscles?! DUH!
I’m always pushing myself to try new things and a friend invited me to this Pilates Evolution class a few months ago for the first time. I took and enjoyed the class and the next day I couldn’t walk (maybe exaggerated a little but I didn’t move around freely without grunting and mumbling the word ouch) you seriously work muscles you didn’t know existed. After, that class I slacked and was doing other things and never returned. So, the other day when I was beating myself up on getting back in tip top shape the Pilates Evolution class popped into my head! Ding, Ding, Ding thats it! I called and got a sweet deal for the first month new members $99 unlimited which I wasn’t expecting so that excited me that much more about working out. I mean come on, who doesn’t like a deal? Last week was my first class and yesterday was my second class and I’m LOVING IT! I admit I was SUPER SOAR after the first class and took the following three days off to just do cardio and allow the muscles to mend. Those muscles needed to mend to be able to move around without looking like I’m 90 (haha). Let’s just say I was moving at turtle speed! This morning I’m feeling great after yesterdays class and I’m definitely soar because I had a different instructor and different routine. This is good because I’m working different muscle groups with different instructors and keeping it fresh. My next class is tomorrow and I can’t wait! I figured if I can get to three of these classes in a week and cardio in between we should be seeing results in no time! I’ve tried many workouts and routines and by far this one is WINNING (as in the great words of Charlie Sheen) my vote to date!

Thanks for sharing! You already look great and soon even better! I too have started Physique 57 workout….don’t live close by a gym but I started back in November and already people are commenting on my waistline and figure! Keep up the Pilates…I know it’s a great workout! I can’t do it because of my muscles in my neck…it causes headaches if I do too much upper back or neck excercises but I’m so glad and pumped as well that you got the workout bug too! I think it makes you feel awesome working out for your body and mind!!! Thanks for the motivation!!! Love your blogs!!!

Yes, I am! I overcame my fears of not having a friend (security blanket) with me!

Good for you. At the end of your workout, it benefits you. However, if a friend does come along, it is a great motivation for those lousy days :^)
