Glitz Girlz Glamour Guide! Glamual to life!

Hi, my name is Tamara! I was born and raised in Georgia where the tea is sweet and everyone says “hey ya’ll”! I’m a Georgia peach and there is nothing like southern hospitality! The town I grew up in was pretty small as in don’t blink you may miss it but a popular small town because of the “Vidalia Onion”. They even take a whole week to celebrate the onion with festivals, street dances, art n crafts, and different events. Now you get the picture just how small the town is? Don’t under estimate the Vidalia Sweet Onion or this Vidalia Sweet Onion! ;) I couldn’t wait to move as a kid, which I did fly the coop at 19 but I now I have a true appreciation for the small town and small town values. I take every opportunity I have to go back and visit my family and soak up the peace and quite! After leaving Georgia I moved to Hilton Head, SC which is absolutely beautiful. The island is 12miles long, clean and manicured, gated plantations, with 32 golf courses. If you love golf its the place to be! After 7yrs of living there I felt it was time for change again and decided to go further south. We took many family vacations when I was a kid to Florida and I always loved the beach and warm weather, so at 25 I packed it up and moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Florida is HOT! Hot weather, Hot people, Hot clubs ..I lived a life of craziness at times but have a lot of fond memories and good friends. Florida has a lot to offer with great restaurants, entertainment, and plenty of water for boating! I switched gears again in March of 2012 and came out west to Denver, Co where I currently reside. The weather is the wildest weather I have ever experienced. It can be warm and beautiful outside and snowing by afternoon! The mountains are breathtaking and I’m excited to have all the season changes. It will be nice to roast marshmallows on a real fire, that’s something I can say I haven’t done in years. I’m impressed here and have experienced some incredible restaurants, friendly people, and its definitely one of the pet friendliest states! So far living here I’ve been inspired to start this blog and my own tanning business! Im looking forward to see what my new journey has in store for ME! :)

My purpose in this blog is to discuss and share anything that applies to being a woman and our daily routines. Hope to share any insight on fashion & make-up,  food & wine, workouts & diets, travels and destinations, life experiences,  and inspiration through quotes and journey’s! I would like this to be a sound board for women around the world to share their personal experiences and insight as well! :)

      Thanks! Small world :) I was in Ft. Lauderdale the last 8 years and came out to Denver in March. It is very pretty here no humidity in summer and snow in winter! Now I need to learn how to ski ~ xo

        you def have to! I did it but was super clumsy! funny story, I went to Vail with my husband and this red headed kid tried to teach me how to maintain balance and I was like thank. Come home we turn on the tv and that kids was on tv competing!.it turned out to be an olympic medalist!!

    I just read over your bio and I can’t believe you are from Georgia. I went to college in Georgia and ended up living there for 6 years. I went to school in Columbus, GA and it was quite the shock for this California girl. I ended up leaving the south because the humidity got the best of me:). I am so glad you found my blog.
